For the past year or so I’ve been noticing Fidoodle stuff around town. It’s hard not too, the illustrations are really cool and whimsical. I love kids stuff with an arty edge. When I was kid it wasn’t the generic toys that I remember most it was the really original toys. The ones that immediately sent you into dreamland that I treasured. Fidoodle inspires creativity plus they are local and use natural, environmentally friendly materials. You can buy Fidoodle at lots of retail locations listed on their website or on their Etsy shop.

On a side note, a friend of mine was complaining to me that he was having a hard time finding fun things to do with his kids the other day. I’m guessing he is not the only one with this issue. So, I’m going to pass along all fun kid friendly things I come across from now on. It was by chance that the next day while out flyering for The Lonely Robots Show I met a fellow flyerer (I’m pretty sure that is not a real word..) from Cow Over Moon Theatre. They are presenting Chicken Licken at the Toronto Fringe Festival and other locations in the GTA. THE SKY IS FALLING! THE SKY IS FALLING! Gotta love Chicken Licken!!
