Today I finally got to meet Miya. She’s the daughter of my friends Scott and Alicia. She truly is a gorgeous baby.  Me and Alicia had a nice day catching up while strolling along the beach. After that we stopped in to visit Anne our boss from a previous job.  Anne was giving Alicia some advice about how to position her baby while sleeping. Did you know that if you lay your baby on it’s back it could get a flat head, they even make baby sleeping helmets to prevent this?? You can read up on it here. Apparently one of her friends has ruined two of her kids heads by laying them on their backs as a baby. It all sounds a bit funny to me. For the entire street car ride home this little tidbit was swimming around in my brain. I couldn’t help but inspect everyone, I was looking to see who’s parents had inadvertently given them flatheads. I have to admit I got a bit of a rush whenever I found a flathead. All I could think was, what a shame you could have had a nice round head like the rest of us…
