What a fantastic weekend! One of my best friends and former roommates Sharalee surprised me two days before her wedding by asking me to be a bridesmaid. I was delighted! The day was beautiful and so was the bride. Everything was elegant and classy, I wouldn’t expect anything less from a lady like Sharalee (I’m really not kidding here, check out her blog). And of course there was jerk chicken and plantain for dinner. When Shar was my roommate she had me on a steady diet of jerk chicken, sweet potatoes and plantain. Andrew is a lucky guy!!!
