Today I woke up, looked out my window and saw the sun. It was one of those perfect morning where you lay there and think, the summer is here! Thank god! It’s finally frigging here!

I’ve been waiting for ages to break out my roller skates. I saw Whip It during the winter and got all nostalgic for my old roller skates. They were my main method of transportation when I lived in Montreal. Montreal, the city that is built into the side of a small mountain. I never claimed to be the smartest girl. I remember clinging the sides of buildings while trying to get from north to south. Oh my. At least I’m in Toronto now, it’s flat here.

I’m now still wearing my roller skates, while editing and posting and emailing. I just can’t take them off. They make me feel 10 x cooler.
