Here’s the deal, I’m going camping!! Totally for real. There have been more than a few chuckles when I’ve told this to people. And even a couple, I thought you were never going camping ever again. Like EVER! I know! I mentioned earlier this week while setting up my tent for the first time in four years that I might want to bring a dust buster with me. The look that I received was one of, oh shit, maybe asking this girl to go camping was a really effing bad idea. After thinking it over and asking my best friend if bringing a dust buster camping is super weird and her answering, YES! It’s super frigging weird. I’m leaving my dust buster behind. Time to be rugged. I also realized my dust buster is a plug in one…

CHOCOLATE HAYSTACKS

2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Butter or margarine
1/3 cup Cocoa
3 1/2 cups Quick cooking oatmeal
1 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

In a large saucepan, combine sugar, sour cream, butter and cocoa; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Drop from a teaspoon onto waxed paper; work quickly as the mixture hardens quickly.
