Poor Kevin hasn’t moved from this spot in about three days. Turns out this city dog can’t handle a few days in the forest. Can’t say I’m surprised. Actually nothing Kevin does surprises me anymore. I think he had an alright time. Aside from the fact that he didn’t like people emerging from tents, the forest or the entrance of the camp site. He didn’t like people walking by the camp site, canoers, or camping hats that resembled dead raccoons with tails. Although the last one I’m sort of on his side with, hats with tails are super scary for dogs. By far my favourite thing that Kevin didn’t like though was the sound of his own stupid bark echoing back at him, this made him super frigging angry. It was hilarious listening to him bark at the echo of his own bark over and over in repetuous way completely oblivious to the fact that he was barking at himself and not some other poor dog who had also been taken camping and desperately needed consoling.
