Yesterday’s Breakfast…left over pulled pork tacos with a poached egg.

This breakfast kept me going for about 8 hours.

Cashew Nut Sour Cream

Soak raw cashew nuts over night- approx 1 or 2 cups

Food process the crap out of them (like 5 minutes) with the juice of one lemon, tbsp of cider vinegar, water and salt…add the lemon, cider vinegar and salt slowly to suit your taste.
